Magento and Universal plugins translate only the currently rendered content, to ensure that all content is translated you should open every menu, form and view other dynamic content. Long pages have to be scrolled to to bottom to view and translate all content.

Magento and Universal plugin translations can be viewed and edited on the Translation Hub, the translations are publicly available from the moment the plugin is integrated into the website as they are dynamically created when a user changes website's language. 
Joomla plugin translates the content upon article creation, the translated versions are created with status "unpublished" so the user can review them first. 
Drupal plugin translates the content upon article creation, the translated article publishing status corresponds to the original article. The article can be created as "unpublished" so that translations can be edited and published afterwards.

Does the website translation plugin support different languages and language variations?

Website translation plugin supports different languages and domains specific to selected translation provider.

How does the website translation plugin handle dynamic or user-generated content?

The Universal plugin dynamically translates content as it appears on the page.

Can I translate specific sections or elements of my website selectively using the translation plugin?

Magento and Universal plugin allow you to translate the currently opened page, there is no way to translate specific elements. Drupal plugin allows you to translate different content types separately (UI strings, comments etc). Joomla plugin doesn't provide a way to translate specific elements, the whole page is translated.

The Universal plugin allows for an integration in an already multilingual webpage, where one of the existing languages is used as the source for the translations. It does not support multilingual subdomains, the language specific URLs are created by adding "lang" attribute to the URL.

MT providers compatible with WEB-T for a user located outside Europe

Currently, the only compliant MT provider is Tilde. We are working on the implementation of other potential MT providers in the future.

Using WEB-T plugin with eTranslation on test website

Websites using the WEB-T plugin with eTranslation integration enabled must be published and accessible online from the eTranslation service.

How to change the colour and form of the language switcher

You can use custom CSS to customise the style of the language switcher. Also, in the ‘’General Settings’’ section, you can choose from the existing topics and language display options. And the floating widget site can be a menu or shortcode-type language switcher.

If we use WEB-T for the automatic translation of our news, would there be a positive impact on our SEO (Search Engine Optimization)?

Yes, content translated by WEB-T is also SEO friendly.

Does WEB-T support the Paragraphs module?

No, WEB-T does not support the Paragraphs module. At the moment, no plan is envisaged to develop such feature. However, as this is an open-source project, anyone can contribute and submit their merge requests in the WEB-T code repository. Developers are welcome to improve this module.

Will it be possible to change the words on the default language URL?

Can the language short code category (eg. pt-pt), post or page name be translated?

Currently this plugin does not support any kind of URL slug translation.
